CAO Pilon Churchill
CAO Pilon Churchill
Built around an old-world fermentation method that traces back to 19th century Cuba, the CAO Pilon Churchill brings a distinctive point of difference to the humidor. CAO uses the traditional pilon process, stacking tobacco in layered bundles so the leaves ferment naturally and develop deeper color and added richness before they ever reach the rolling table.
The blend pairs an Ecuador Habano wrapper with a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers, giving this Churchill a profile that leans earthy, spicy, and subtly sweet rather than overly heavy. At 7 x 48, it offers a long, measured smoke that generally lands around 75 to 100 minutes, depending on pace, making it a strong fit for smokers who enjoy fuller flavor delivered with a bit more time to settle in.
