Photo Match

• Any contestant from anywhere in the world** can participate. However, it is no longer legal to ship cigars to the following states: South Dakota and Utah***.
• Do not upload more than one picture per product. If you want to increase your odds of winning, feel free to place additional reviews and photographs on different cigars
• Cigar must be smoking and the band & brand visible (image may contain other items except the ones indicated at the “Photo Review Match Terms” below). However, the cigar must be the main item in the photo.
• Digitally modified images (ex. Adjusted brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc.) will not qualify.
• All photos must be submitted through Mike’s Cigars website before each Thursday at midnight EST (photos sent via email or our social media accounts will not be accepted). Photos uploaded on a Friday will enter the match for the following week.

* A $35 E-Gift Certificate Prize will be sent to each winner via their submitted email address. If the winner cannot be reached via the email address entered in the photo review or by any other means, a new winner will be chosen and notified. Drawings on Fridays. The winner will be featured on this page and through Mike's Cigars social media.

** Participants from the following countries may not partake: Irak, Iran, North Korea.

• Participants must be 21+ years old.
• Employees from Mike’s Cigars and their immediate family members are ineligible.
• By entering, participants represent and warrant that they own the picture submitted, and does not violate the rights of any third parties. No vulgar, nude or offensive photographs will be accepted (as determined by Mike’s Cigars in its sole and absolute discretion).
• Photographs containing domestic animals or children will not be accepted.
• Mike’s Cigars reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any entry that we consider inappropriate. Mike’s Cigars also reserves the right to remove any uploaded photo from display on its website, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.
• By entering, participants indicate their unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules, which are final and binding.
• You hereby release and discharge Mike’s Cigars from all rights, and/or liability in connection with the use of the contents of your post including, without limitation, any claims based on the invasion of privacy, commercial use of name and the right of publicity.
• By uploading images on our website, you hereby permit Mike’s Cigars and its licensees and assigns, the unrestricted, non-transferable, royalty-free right and license to display, adapt, exhibit, transmit, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, exploit and otherwise use and permit others to use in connection with the image uploaded on the product page or display at www.mikescigars.com, in all media, including without limitation on the Internet, on mobile platforms and/or devices, and in the advertising, publicity and promotion thereof.
• Images that are considered to infringe the copyright or trademarks of other individuals, organizations or companies will not be permitted and will be removed. You must acknowledge that you have sufficient written permission (if necessary) of any recognizable locations or people appearing in the photograph to be able to grant permission to use it. You must maintain the copyrights of the images that you are uploading.
