That uncommon leaf gives the blend its Jamao name and sets this cigar apart from Macanudo’s more traditional profiles.
Handmade at General Cigar Dominicana in Santiago, the Churchill pairs that wrapper with a Honduran binder and a filler blend of Honduran, Nicaraguan, and Dominican tobaccos. The profile is generally medium-bodied, with notes of wood, cedar, earth, gentle spice, and a touch of sweetness. In this 7 x 49 format, expect an unhurried smoking time of roughly 75 to 105 minutes, depending on pace.
