Do I need to join manually or is it automatically?
If you are already a Mike’s customer, you have to opt-in via your customer account under the "My Loyalty Rewards" section.
If you are a new customer, you can sign up for the program at checkout or when creating an account.
How much are my points worth?
150 points -> $5 OFF
250 points -> $10 OFF
500 points -> $25 OFF
750 points -> $40 OFF
1000 points -> $60 OFF
How are points calculated?
Points are rounded up or down depending on the value of the qualifying items you are purchasing. Here are some examples:
You spend $100 you receive 100 points
You spend $100.49 you receive 100 points
You spend $100.51 you receive 101 points
How do I redeem my points online?
You can start as soon as you have collected enough points (you can check your balance under the "My Loyalty Rewards" section in your account).
Simply add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you haven't logged in to your account yet, please do so. Then fill in the required information such as shipping method, payment, etc. and scroll down to the " Use Reward Points" area
and select the amount of points you would like to spend on the order.
* Will every item I buy earn me points?
No. There are certain products that will not earn you points:
* Points cannot be earned when purchasing gift cards, e-gift certificates, cigar bands, Groupon items, club memberships
* Points cannot be earned from shipping charges, taxes and other fees such as package insurance or surcharge for heavy items
* Points will be automatically removed from your account if your order is canceled or any of the items is returned to us for whatever reason
How about purchasing items “On Sale”?
Yes! Points will be awarded when purchasing “On Sale” items.
Are there any restrictions when redeeming the points?
