The result is a richer expression of the blend that made the Melanio name so well known, delivering the dense, polished character associated with Oliva’s higher-end portfolio in a tapered 6 1/2 x 52 figurado.
This torpedo earned major recognition when it was named the No. 6 Cigar of 2024 and received a 95-point rating, a distinction that reflects how successfully the maduro wrapper deepens the profile without obscuring the core Nicaraguan sweetness and spice. Expect a full-flavored smoke with notes often centered on dark cocoa, earth, espresso, cedar, and pepper, with the pointed head offering a more focused delivery early on.
