E.P. Carrillo New Wave Reserva cigars is supposedly stronger than the original. It’s Connecticut Broadleaf binder and Nicaraguan and Dominican long-fillers. The cigar seemed young, aggressive and unexpected, but not overly powerful. New Wave Reserva it could be enjoyed any time of day.
