Description

Oliva Serie O Maduro is a Nicaraguan Puro. Made in the original Cuban tradition of growing the same Habano seed in diverse regions of the country to produce a distinct blend. This blend was achieved by growing Habano in the Esteli, Condega and Jalapa Valleys. Grown and produced under the same demanding standards as the Oliva Serie G, the Oliva Serie O product line is just as good. But The “O” is made under a different strategy, namely the good old Cuban way of making “puro” (pure) cigars, that is, using tobacco mix of the same country. This ensures harmonized blend and a peaceful aging of the finished cigar to an even better mature smoke. The “O” sports a dark oily Piloto Cubano Nicaraguan grown wrapper and similar blend.

The Oliva Serie O Maduro also has the honor and distinction of being named one of the top 25 cigars of the year in 2005. This beauty possesses a gorgeous Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper that is second to none. The Oliva Serie O is one of the finest maduros on the market today. This dazzling, oily wrapper is naturally aged and fermented to achieve a magnificent, deep chocolate brown color. This cigar will not disappoint cigar enthusiasts. Oliva Serie O Double Toro

Very underrated!

If you like Oliva and Connecticut broadleaf then this will make your bunny jump. I feel like taking a shower after this one. Nothing but awesome barnyard, leather and cocoa. Great RH. Pretty strong stick that burns nice with great smoke output. Sits Pretty between a "The Tabernacle " and a "Master blends 3" in my humidor. Get yourself some.

Great Oliva Double Robusto!

My father has always been a creature of habit when it comes to his cigars, The Punch Double Maduro is his go too! It's a great smoke, but I wanted him to try something different so I saw the Oliva Double Robusto's for the same $164 a box ( box of 20 nor 25 like the Punch) but well worth it, he loves them and from now on because of these nice sampler packs he tries some that he loves, so look for us to be doing a box of each every month now! Great and super fresh boxes! Thanks Mikes

Oliva Alfabet

The Nicaraguan side to the Cuban Partagas Alfabet series. Olivas letter series has much greater distinction between the letters. The O Maduro is medium creamy with a pastry shop note on the finish. One. It to be missed to the sweet flavor lovers.

Full, thick smoke. Great smell!

I got this as half of a double stack. Great price and amazing smoke. The aroma of cedar and classic cigar mix well as the thick smoke wafts in the air. The taste isn't particularly complex, but there is something about it that makes you wish it wouldn't end. A great cigar!
