2020 will not be missed! After a year filled with nothing but trouble, there's finally an end in sight. We're toasting that end with some superb cigars! Every day on the last leg of this terrible year, we’re smoking from a selection of elite tobacco, specially picked out to help with the wait for 2021. Each one will make those last hours of 2020 better than every single one that came before it! Here’s to the new year, and Auld Lang Syne!

Avo Syncro Nicaragua AVO Syncro Nicaragua is a four-vitola release and it draws the inspiration from the idea of synchronizing Dominican and Nicaraguan tobacco, similar to synchronizing different instruments to create music. The blend uses a darker Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, Dominican binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua’s Ometepe and Olancho, Peru. AVO Syncro Nicaragua starts stimulating the back area of the palate with complex spicy and peppery flavours evoking a wild character at the beginning due to the pronounced Nicaraguan and Peruvian filler tobacco.

Romeo San Andres The very first Romeo Y Julieta to use a wrapper of Mexican origin, the San Andres Cigar is another knockout cigar that is born out of collaboration with cigar legends AJ Fernandez and Master-Blender Raphael Nodal of Aging Room fame. The hero of this revolutionary cigar is clearly the dark and dreamy eponymous Mexican wrapper, surrounding a blend of tasty Nicaraguan and Dominican tobaccos nestled in a spicy Nicaraguan binder. The Romeo San Andrés, the 5th entry in to the Romeo by Romeo Y Julieta line, is a well-balanced and robust cigar, full of complex flavors and a scent that is truly unique and immensely aromatic.

Alec Bradley Black Market This complex, premium maduro of Alec Bradley showcases tobaccos leaves from 4 countries. The Black Market is a medium-body luxury cigar sports a silky Nicaraguan Jalapa wrapper cured to a dark oily shine, with a Sumatra binder and Honduran Jamastran Blend. The tobaccos have been aged for years achieving the perfect balance and smooth character we got to expect of any Alec Bradley cigar.

Aging Room Quattro Maduro The Aging Room Quattro Maduro by Boutique Blends was the highest non-Cuban cigar on the top 25 Best Cigars of the Year of 2013, and took the #2 spot overall. Made entirely of Cuban seed tobacco grown in the Dominican Republic, the Quattro Maduro is a small-batch boutique handmade from skilled brand owner Rafael Nodal and Tabacalera La Palma cigar maker Jochi Blanco. This version of the 95-rated cigar released in 2012, features a San Andres, Mexican Maduro wrapper and features some sweet nuances than were missing in the original. As Cigar Aficionado puts it, the Quattro is "a balanced, sophisticated cigar that displays rich notes of roasted coffee bean and sweet cedar."

Oliva Serie O Maduro Oliva Serie O Maduro is a Nicaraguan Puro, made in the original Cuban tradition of using a single Habano seed grown in diverse regions of the country to produce a distinct taste. In the case of the Serie O Maduro, this was achieved by growing Habano seed in the Esteli, Condega and Jalapa Valleys. Grown and produced under the same demanding standards as the Oliva Serie G, the Oliva Serie O product line received the same rave reviews as the G line, but differs in that it is a “puro” (pure) cigars, that is, made from a mix of tobaccos from the same country. This ensures a harmonized blend of aged tobaccos, creating a more mature smoke. The “O” sports a dark oily Piloto Cubano Nicaraguan grown wrapper and similar blend.
