Made entirely of Cuban seed tobacco grown in the Dominican Republic, the F55 is a small-batch boutique handmade from skilled brand owner Rafael Nodal and Tabacalera La Palma cigar maker Jochi Blanco. The limited batches of Sumatra tobacco leaf wrapper used on these amazing sticks were acquired from a German Manufacturer who had been aging the wrapper since 2003. After the economic downturn in Europe, they sold the wrappers to Boutique Blends to be used in the 95-rated cigar. As Cigar Aficionado puts it, the Quattro F55 is "a balanced, sophisticated cigar that displays rich notes of roasted coffee bean and sweet cedar."
