The Cuban seed Medio Tiempo wrapper is dark, oily and aromatic to give Partagas Black Label cigars their unique flavor. The La Vega Especial binder is Dominican Republic grown to give it a deep, rich flavor. I'd give it a 4.5 as Partagas is very consistent but the label of "Black" makes it seam the smoke is quite full but I find it more of a mid.

I bought a 5 pack of these last year, and I let 2 of them sit in my humidor for over a year. I recently smoked one of the remaining 2. The extra humidor time greatly improved this cigar. It is a strong cigar with good pull and I had no issues with the burn. I definitely sensed an earthiness to the cigar and an infusion of spices. Would definitely purchase these again.

Partagas Black Label Magnifico

My go-to

My local store was usually out of my then preferred smoke, Padron. They stocked their shelves alphabetically and it was only then that I discovered the Partagas brand. Since then, around 2020, I've been truly enjoying the strong, bold flavor of the Black Label Magnifico and is my go-to cigar. If I had an issue with Partagas, it is the periodic inconsistency. I've had them last as long as 3 hours and as little as 30 minutes. I've only been smoking cigars since 2008, but this my personal favorite and a big thanks to Mike's Cigars for always have them available.

Hard and solid cigar

Great cigar! 5/5 points! The cover is oily, soft and silky. Cold cigar - dried fruit, earth. When you smoke - cocoa, spices and dried fruits. It is best to take this cigar in a large format. It will smoke for a long time!
