Amar by AJ Fernandez Gordo Cigars are a labor of love from a man who knows premium tobacco perhaps better than anybody. After a fire struck Fernandez’s primary facility, A.J. Fernandez transformed the setback into the driving force behind an entirely new cigar blend.
Developed as a deeply personal project, the name “Amar” holds special meaning for AJ himself. Like many cigars in his portfolio, it is a robust Nicaraguan puro produced by hand at the San Lotano Factory. A sleek Habano wrapper completes the construction, bringing an added element of refinement and balance to the profile.
Once lit, it delivers a full-bodied smoking experience layered with notes of cinnamon, cocoa, and pepper, all wrapped in a rich and powerful character. At six inches and a sixty ring gauge, each stick is a lovely hour long smoke.
