Oliva built the Serie V Melanio around a more refined expression of its fuller-bodied Nicaraguan style, finishing the blend with an Ecuador Sumatra-seed wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. In the No. 4 Petit Corona, that recipe comes in a compact 4 1/2 x 46 box-pressed format that keeps the cigar focused and flavorful without overstaying its welcome.
Expect a profile centered on cedar, coffee, earth, and pepper, with a natural sweetness that rounds out the richer ligero core.
