Oliva built the Serie O around a traditional all-Nicaraguan concept, using Habano seed grown in EstelÃ, Condega, and Jalapa to create a blend with more regional character than a single-area puro. In the Churchill, that approach comes in a classic 7 x 50 format that gives the cigar a measured, unhurried feel without overshadowing the blend itself.
The current Oliva specification lists an Ecuador wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler, delivering the line’s familiar balance of cedar, earth, nuts, and peppery spice with a medium-bodied profile that stays expressive rather than heavy. The Churchill size is best suited to a longer smoking window, generally around 75 to 100 minutes depending on pace, making it a strong choice when you want the Serie O’s depth in a more extended format.
