My Father Connecticut Toro
My Father Connecticut Toro
My Father Connecticut marked an important shift for the Garcia family: a Connecticut-wrapped cigar built to deliver a gentler profile without losing the character that made My Father famous. Blended by Jose "Pepin" Garcia and Jaime Garcia at the My Father factory in Nicaragua, this Toro combines an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper with a Nicaraguan Corojo '99 binder and Nicaraguan Habano-Criollo fillers.
Rather than leaning bland or one-dimensional, the blend is known for creamy texture, nuts, white pepper, light honeyed sweetness, and a soft earthy richness that keeps the smoke engaging. The 6 1/2 x 54 Toro offers enough room for those flavors to settle in at an easy pace, making it a format that generally smokes for about 75 to 95 minutes, depending on cadence.
