El Centurion Toro
El Centurion Toro
El Centurion Toro marks the return of one of the Garcia family’s more distinctive blends, produced at My Father Cigars in Nicaragua under the direction of Don Pepin Garcia. This Toro vitola measures 6 1/4 x 52 and uses a Nicaraguan Criollo ’98 wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos, including select varietals grown on the Garcia family’s farms. The result is a blend with the brand’s signature depth, but with a more layered and refined profile than many smokers expect from a Pepin creation.
Expect a medium to full-bodied smoke with notes of pepper, cedar, earth, roasted nuts, and a measured natural sweetness that keeps the profile balanced rather than overpowering. The Toro format gives this blend enough room to show its complexity without turning size into the whole story, and it generally offers about 75 to 100 minutes of smoking time at an easy pace. For smokers who appreciate Nicaraguan character with structure, spice, and a well-developed finish, El Centurion Toro is a compelling choice.
