Upmann smoke features an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, Nicaraguan Corojo ’99 binder and a blend of Nicaragua (Criollo ’98) and Dominican Republic (Piloto Cubano) filler. The result is a rich and smoky sweetness, featuring hearty notes of cedar, dark roast coffee, hazelnut, and hints of cabinet spice.
Tagging in is the Rocky Patel Edge Habano Toro. The mature, firm flavors converge at just the right moment, allowing you to gradually appreciate the complexity and strength of the cigar, as opposed to being simply overpowered by a robust blast to the palate.
