This product is poorest quality
I ordered the four pack and the cigars arrived without any wrapping or tube, not ncessarily a big deal, but upon inspection I noticed two of the cigars had cracked wrapping, I humidified them and they were salvagable although not teh quality I expect from Macanudo, but its not the cigars fault! I contacted Customer Service and they sent me four more...SAME PROBLEM I received dried out, cracked cigars. I never had a problem with cigars from JR Cigars, I wont be buying anymore cigars from Mikes Cigars, seems their quality control is awful!

I ordered the four pack, they come unwrapped which is not a big deal BUT, two of the four cigars arrived cracked and dry, I was able to humidify them somewhat, but very unhappy. I contacted Customer Service and they sent me four more, SAME problem. two other cigars i ordered, different brand, also dried, I have no faith in the quality and quality control at Mikes Cigars, too many of the cigars I ordered are dried and cracked, I don't have this problem when I buy from JR Cigars!
