Broadleaf binder. Before blending, the binder is fermented in the same French Oak barrels used to store Flin Knoll's renowned Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. This process allows the tobacco to take on some of the nuances usually only seen in the finest wines.
Inside each cigar is a rich assortment of Brazilian Mata Fina, Dominican Olor, Nicaraguan Jalapa, and Dominican Piloto Cubano tobacco. All of it is housed inside a smooth and creamy Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper. The end result is a medium bodied smoke tinged with the regal taste of vanilla, toasted almonds, dark currants, and spiced cedar.
