Cigar Aficionado magazine gave La Libertad cigar in its September 2012 issue the high rating of 92. According to Cigar Aficionado who described the La Libertad torpedo as “a sandy-colored box-pressed torpedo whose buttery smoke offers a flavorful balance of vanilla, toast and cedar intonations before a floral finish.”

Wouldn’t give to my best friend but would give to a friend... maybe

This was a decent cigar. It did not smoked that well (coned). Shape is awesome, flavors were not that great.

consistent smoke from a inconsistent brand

La Libertad can't seem to make a cigar that smokes consistently over its sizes .This Robusto is an exception it's the same cigar every time . I love the larger sizes but they don't smoke well .
