The La Gloria Trunk Show Cigar Series 2015 is a culmination of two years of artistry! They feature very rare and aged tobaccos that were blended together for this limited release! This 2015 release sadly will be the last from the trunk show retiring the series; so make sure get em while we got em!
This year the 2015 release is featuring 36 small batch cigars by Master Blender Jhonys Diaz! Half of the cigars are from the JD-05 blends released in 2013 and the other half are from the 2014 release! This really is an amazing opportunity to get your hands on some of these excellently aged and rare blended cigars!

As with the last editions this edition also features the smoke able band!! O yeah you just read that! The La Gloria JD-05 is the first ever cigar to employ a smokable band. A first in the Cigar industry! The smokeable cigar band is made from tobacco along with a non-toxic vegetable dye that is used for the ink.

La Gloria Trunk Humidor with Cigars

NOT WHAT YOU WOULD WANT TO EXPECT

Beautiful box - Wavell size cigars. Three different lines in one box -one of which smoked extremely waxy. Yup like smoking a candle. I was disappointed. This is from the 2014 year presentation. They make one every year - a special box presentation called the Trunk Show.
Each premier or initial offering can be pricey. But if it does not do well the price plummets. This one can now be had for around $125 per box. I was disappointed and I am a loyal La Gloria Cubana smoker. Sorry - the expectation was high -but it fell short.
