La Gloria Cubana Colección Reserva was Ernesto Perez-Carrillo’s attempt to recreate a blend he had originally created in the 1980s. Created to mark the 25th anniversary of La Gloria Cubana receiving their first accolades in Cigar Aficionado magazine. A passion project that La Gloria and Ernesto has been planning for just over two years, the Coleccion Reserva is a Medium-Full bodied blend that is based around a blend of Seco and Ligero Nicaraguan tobacco leaves, these leaves are unique in that they are only cultivated once a year! Moves so smooth.
This is a cigar of many (in a good way), it perfect for all occasions, any time of the day. The tobacco smells earthy while the somke is creamy and smooth. Twards the last one third of the cigar it gets a bit spicy with a full smoke.
