I'm almost reluctant to leave this feedback because I don't want prices to rise because of popularity.
But here goes anyway!
Out of one bundle, I've only had ONE that shouldn't have passed quality control. The simple act of using a punch cracked the cap even though I moisten my cigar caps before I use the punch. The cigar smoked as expected, but I had to be careful with it. It seemed rather soft compared to the others.
The rest of the bundle (less the 4 I have remaining) was perfect. Although a few had slight 'canoeing', burning slightly uneven if I smoked it too fast. Easy fix.
The sticks all taste great right up to the nub, with less sweetness and more leather, earthiness and notes of chocolate as I get more into it. It wasn't until the very end 'retrohailing' that I notice any harshness.
Here's a picture of the last one I smoked in the car about 10 minutes ago. Absolutely perfect! I'm ordering another bundle as soon as I send this off.
I highly recommend this cigar if you like slightly sweet caps...... but don't tell anybody!
