Undercrown UC10 Factory Floor Edition Lonsdale

Undercrown UC10 Factory Floor Edition Cigars give smokers a chance to peek behind the curtain and experience the cigar making process for themselves. Undercrown has included a special treat with each box of cigars, a sample of the actual individual leaves that go into blending sticks!

Undercrown started as a passion project, and ten years later it brought its all to celebrate the anniversary. Each box is adorned with the motto "All Dekk'd Out", as that's the spirit of the blend. They put their A game front and center with this release.

The whole story began workers were told to reduce their smoking of Liga Privada #9 and thus created a blend all their own that evolved into Undercrown. The actual process of blending starts with tasting leaves. the torcedors assemble the bundled tasting leaves for each part of the blend, and gently sample it with a few draws. The tasting leaves are assembled and grouped, and of those that prove themselves the best make it into the actual blend.

The process is repeated for each stage of the assembly process, and now you can see what it looks like! Included in each box of Undercrown 10: Factory Floor Edition is several leaf samples marked with a colored binding. These are the exact samples used in the blend of the cigars themselves. These small bindles are not cigars themselves and are not intended to be smoked. Instead, to be inspected smelled and admired. However I know some of you will want to do as the torcedors do and take a few puffs to see what lies in store. Please note if you do so these are not cigars and again are not intended to be smoked.

Imagine yourself as an expert tobacconist, indulging in the feel, the scent, the aroma of the future cigar. The cigar that became Undercrown 10. Sporting a rare mix of Nicaraguan tobacco leaves for its filler and is capped with a smooth Connecticut Broadleaf binder. All of it is rolled into a rich, Mexican San Andres Maduro wrapper.

Sparking up the actual Lonsdale cigar offers the abundant taste of toasted oak, baking chocolate, sweet mocha, and fresh tilled soil. Each cigar is six inches by a forty six ring gauge, offering an hour of authentic smoking pleasure.
