In 2009 when the rollers at the Drew Estate factory were asked to stop smoking all the Liga Privada cigars no one was happy. Instead of being disgruntled by this request the rollers devised a plan to make their very own Liga cigars. They started by incorporating many of the same rare tobacco's that they used in Liga cigars but they used different vintages and priming. They cigar was not the same as Liga Privada however it was still an exceptional smoke that offered amazing quality and flavor which birthed the Undercrown Maduro, a Liga Privada in its own rights for the rollers of the factory but also for the avid smokers that swear by these cigars.

It's okay and ordinary.

It tastes a bit like convenience store Mild Seven or Marlboro Red. Amazing.
There is a bit of sweetness hidden in the smoke.

The downside is that the cigar band... sticks to the adhesive and wafer, so it tears off every time you tear it off. It's a mess.

And 2 out of 10 had holes in the wafer due to being pressed by the cigar band.
Should a simple cigar be accompanied by discomfort?

Anyway, the build quality is very disappointing, but overall it's pretty good.

Repurchase intention: None. There are many other good things.

약간 편의점 마일드세븐, 말보로레드 맛도 난다. 신기함.
연기에서 약간의 단맛이 숨어있음.

단점은 시가 밴드가... 접착제랑 웨이퍼랑 붙어서는 뜯어낼때마다 같이 뜯긴다. 개판임.

그리고 10개중 2개는 시가 밴드에 눌려서 웨이퍼 구멍이 났음.
간단하게 피우는 시가리요가 불편함을 동반해야하나..

아무튼 빌드퀄리티는 매우 아쉽지만 전반적으로 꽤나 괜찮긴 하다.

재구매의사: 없음. 다른 괜찮은게 많다.

This cigar has become my everyday smoke. There is nothing not to like about it. Although the draw is a little tight, this cigar still produces a nice amount of smoke. The Mexican San Andres has become my favorite wrapper. The cigar is smooth with doses of chocolate and spices. Just a great cigar.

It’s my favorite daily smoke. (3-4 a day)

Ever since the first time i tried this cigar I have enjoyed it. It’s the perfect balance of spice, cedar and it’s aromatics are spectacular. It has a rich scent and almost reminds me of earl grey. It’s an epic cigar and it would still be my daily smoke if it were $20 per. It has become my benchmark for all cigars I try.
