Macanudo Café Macanudo Cafe cigars are created by using silky and golden US Connecticut Shade wrappers. All of which have been aged for a minimum of 3 years. This results in a smooth and creamy smoke, that is warm and welcoming. These exquisite wrappers are combined with a Mexican binder and a Dominican-Mexican filler blend. The bulk of which comes from the Dominican Republic. Which produces a mild body, yet flavorful cigar that can be enjoyed by everyone. Each draw is filled with mild to medium notes of wood, espresso, brown sugar, and espresso. Which lands softly on the palate. Its gentle profile is why the blend is ideal for newcomers to premium cigars.
Cohiba Red Dot These cigars are the result of five years of intense research and study. The blenders wanted to make a perfect replica of the original Cuban Cohiba, and have succeeded beyond their wildest expectations. They crafted a medium-bodied cigar featuring a creamy, smooth, flavorful taste quite impossible to forget. Using aged tobacco from the Dominican Republic, Cuban-seed fillers, exceptional Indonesian binders and spicy African-Cameroon wrappers, creates a rich and complex profile for this flawless beauty.
Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 The Rocky Patel 1999 Vintage Connecticut Cigar is an iconic cigar that features the oldest TRUE Connecticut Shade Wrapper on the market. Many Aficionados tend to write off milder cigars, claiming that “It’s easy to make a mild cigar”, but Rocky Patel elevates the craft by infusing the Vintage ’99 with a lot of character, a lot of flavor, and a lot of complexity, that remains mild and smooth on the palate.
Alec Bradley Tempus The leaves have been aging for a very long time which inspired Rubin to name the brand Tempus or TIME in Latin. The wrapper is very unique indeed, with a rich, dark brown hue, slightly reddish, silky to the touch, and oily to boot, the lead provides rich, dark chocolate notes mixes with a slight nutty aroma. Rich in flavor and smooth in character, the blend consists of a combination of Corojo and Criollo filler from the Trojes region of Honduras, just north of the Nicaraguan border. Bradley’s Alan Rubin originally intended this blend for their Maxx brand, but was concerned with getting a consistent supply of the new tobaccos developed for the Tempus so he released it as a limited release instead.
Camacho Connecticut Smoking a cigar that successfully finds the balance between boldness and distinct flavor is hard to come by. The Camacho Connecticut Series combines both of these traits well, giving the cigar aficionado a mild, smooth smoke, but one that packs a spicy kick to it. Loaded with rich flavors from Generoso and Aléman Ligero tobaccos, bound by the legendary strength of their Original Corojo, and wrapped in a high-grade Connecticut leaf grown in Ecuador, this is one cigar with an intense flavor that backs down to no one.
