Rating100%Bauza PyramidFound a gemWhile going through my cigar cabinet this afternoon I found an opened box of Bauza cigars with19 perfectly aged Pyramid cigars. Although I can't put an exact date of the manufacture of these cigars, my best guess is I bought them in the early 2000s... perhaps in 2003 to 2005.
I'll fire one up fairly soon and write up a review of a Bauza Pyramid with 20+ years of age on it.By cigardave

Rating100%Bauza JaguarA hidden gem.The Bauza Jaguar has been in my humidor since 2007 when I first smoked them. This format more than any other showcases the beautiful and very aromatic wrapper leaf. Medium in body the cigar comes into its own after the first inch and delivers a progressively more complex aroma-taste profile.

Rating60%Bauza RobustoGood quality tobacco but inconsistent constructionGreat flavor but inconsistent in construction. Some are too tightly bound which makes for a difficult draw.

Rating80%Bauza JaguarA very good Dominican cigarThis box of Bauza lonsdale cigars was just perfect. The construction was spot on and the cigar delivered a semi sweet dark chocolate/coffee flavor the entire length of the cigar. I really would love to try these in a lancero format...if the company would produce them.

Rating100%Bauza PyramidThe Measuring StickI started smoking Bauza Pyramids back in 2002. Since then, it has become the measuring stick for judging all other cigars. Super consistent from one to the next, top shelf craftsmanship, even burn, smooth draw, changing, complex flavors from start to finish, unmatched value. Even the box presentation is ace. It delivers everything that matters in a cigar. The perfect cigar for the perfect session. This is my #1 go-to and probably always will be. Buy a box; you won't regret it.

Rating100%Bauza PyramidMy Go To CigarSadly an aficionado so long I remember when a box of Bauza Torpedos could be had for $75 from Mike's. Been fortunate to have enjoyed virtually every sought after cigar in Mike's inventory over the past 25+ years. If I were going to the electric chair this cigar would be my last meal. Well made by A. Fuente, burns evenly, never showy. Can't be beat, to me.

Rating100%Bauza Casa GrandeBauza'sLove these cigars. Got them in a Churchill mix pack last summer and liked them so much I bought a box. Mild, smooth, never hard to relight or goes out, solid tightness but not too tight.

Rating100%Bauza Casa GrandeBauza Casa GrandeGreat burning cigar. A hint of spice, nutmeg yet smooth. This cigar has it going on. Exhale through your nose to get the full flavor without the burn. This is surely a smoke that will not disappoint!
