1. We increased our operational hours and fulfillment shifts to address our high volume of orders

2. Our operations and Quality team members are there throughout the day to support our warehouse fulfillment team and to ensure a safe and expedited working environment

3. We disinfect our fulfillment centers daily and provide personal protective equipment and safe 6 feet working separation for our employees

4. We strive to keep employees motivated to come to work during this pandemic so that they continue to serve our customers best

5. We make every effort to alert customers about known delays and changes in international shipping restrictions and flight suspensions

6. Store pickup orders must include only full cigar boxes. No samplers, 5 pack or single sticks. Also no pickups allowed on Monday.

7. Until further notice we're unable to accept returns of single cigars, samplers, packs or any item which was opened. Only full boxes in "new" condition that haven't been opened and are still sealed
