Montecristo Afrique Jambo

Hot as Africa

Not worth it. Smoked hot and burned in the shape of the cape of good hope. But there was never any hope for this dud. Connection between filler and wrapper was loose. Taste was mild at best with spots of leather and cocoa but overall lacked the spices necessary for a good cigar. Would send this box back in a heartbeat if I could.

Montecristo Afrique Kilimanjaro

Awesome

This is a damn good cigar from the first dry draw until the last 3rd. Starts with a fruity dry draw. Once lit, you get a hint of apple. After the first third unto the second you get a nice hit of hazel nut with a bit of spicyness. Up until the final third is a fragrant musk with spicy notes. I really enjoyed it but recommend you give it a try for yourself. I plan on aging these to see how the flavor evolves. Really great.
