Montecristo 90th Anniversary No. 2 showcases why the brand has lasted for nearly a century with a once in a lifetime blend. No other cigar maker can match the brand’s long lasting influence or its wealth of celebrated blends.
To mark this extraordinary occasion, Montecristo joined forces with Rafael Nodal and the Plasencia family to create the blend. They selected top grade Nicaraguan leaves from Estelí, Condega, Ometepe, and Jalapa for every layer of the cigar, from the filler to the wrapper, resulting in an entirely Nicaraguan composition.
Once lit, it reveals a medium bodied character with indulgent flavors of roasted almonds, earthy tones, sweet cedar, pepper, cocoa, and a delicate mineral finish. At six and one eighth inches with a fifty two ring gauge, each cigar is a dreamlike fifty five minute smoke.
