To honor this remarkable achievement, Montecristo partnered with Rafael Nodal and the Plasencia family to craft the recipe. They chose select Nicaraguan tobaccos from Estelí, Condega, Ometepe, and Jalapa for every component, from the filler to the wrapper, ensuring a completely Nicaraguan profile.
When lit, it offers a medium bodied experience filled with the luxurious flavors of roasted almonds, earthy richness, sweet cedar, pepper, cocoa, and a subtle mineral note. At five and a half inches, with a fifty six ring gauge, each cigar is a majestic forty five five minute smoke.
