Working outside of the D'Crossier brand for the first time, Santana has moved from his Costa Rican/Dominican influences, now partnering with the extremely admired Tabacalera Perdomo factory (located in Estelí, Nicaragua) for production. Focusing on the capture of the refined-yet-punchy qualities of the original brand, Lords of England makes use of an all-Nicaraguan binder/filler recipe. The cigars are then wrapped with two varieties: Ecuadorian Connecticut and Mexican San Andrés wrapper. While the former serves to the mild palate, the latter—Lords of England Maduro—offers darker flavor nuances and a stronger body.
