I have had mostly good ones but sometimes I do have to throw away a couple. They are more on the medium-full profile on my opinion. The flavor tends to be consistent and the burn so so. Considering the price, I give them 4 stars at the most.

Rating80%Licenciados Segundos No. 4The only thing missing for a 5 star rating from me is the fancy labelI like mild cigars. Every once in a while in I’ll buy an expensive cigar like a Dunhill or a Davidoff or an Ashton. I’m not saying that Liceniados are as good as these, but they are close enough for me. The Secundos are missing the label, but I think they are as good as they boxed version most of the time and at $3.00 a stick they are great. The thing I like about Liceniados are the fact that they have a nice smooth flavor but are not so spicy that they leave a heavy after taste. I think that would also qualify them as an early day cigar for those that normally smoke a heavier cigar. Thanks to Mikes Cigars for turning me on to these over 5 years ago. Liceniados are a well kept secret.
