Hoyo de Monterrey

Classic Hoyo profile....medium and flavorful that can be enjoyed with a cappuccino in the morning or a steak at night

When I was way into cigars (especially maduros,) I had to have one of these dark, oily beauties. Even as a regular smoker, the Hoyo de Monterrey Double Maduro absolutely melted my tongue and scrambled my eggs.

If you're an experienced smoker with a leather tongue and iron skull, and just can't find a stick that satisfies, THIS is your cigar.

I live in Canada and love cigars. Smoking outside is best done in short duration, especially in the winter. I like high-quality cigars, but also hate wasting a great cigar when I'm no longer interested. These short sticks are perfect. They have all the quality of larger cigars but in a smaller format. Outstanding value as well.

The draw is perfect. Taste is smooth and it makes a great aura that others love too.

These double maduros are pretty strong or as most would say, just full strength (or something like that). I enjoy them mostly cause they are short enough. Not sure if I would try a longer size cause they are really strong

The 1st Hoyo de monterry I smoked was given to me by a friend, I absolutly loved it so I ordered a box right away, unfortunatly not from the same supplier that he had gotten them from as I thought the cigar should be the same from whatever supplier well I was wrong the cigars I recieved were very dry probably old but old shouldn't be a problem if they are properly cared for but these were very dry and the first one I smoked split and cracked to the point I threw it away the taste wasn't there either. After a week and a half in the old tupperdore they have gotten better the one I smoked yesterday the old taste was back and smoked well a few minor issues and it still had some cracking issues but not as bad as the 1st one so hoping that a few more weeks in tyhe tupperdore they will be fine. Not saying you shouldn't purchase from Mike's just saying the experience that I have had maybe isolated issue I hope.

Bought these for hunt camp this year. Decided to try something new this year. Great smoke, and the coffee flavors not bad at all. Great price for what you are getting, and will be purchasing a box of these again..

Love these for a quick smoke. They are very tasty and well constructed. Anymore all I smoke is maduros and oscuros. If these were offered in oscuro, they'd likely be above the 5 star rating I'm giving these maduro Sabrosos.

I think Punch London Club is the same cigar, so I highly recommend whichever of these you find on sale.

This is one of my daily smokes. I picked it mostly for it's balance of flavor and smoothness. It's just the right size to enjoy after a nice dinner, or in a late evening watching the sun go down. I'd also like to note that I rarely have issues with these burning uneven or hot. They often fare better then other more expensive brands in this case. consistent quality and smooth smoke make me order these monthly.
