I like short, fat cigars so these suited my size preference. For the most part, they draw well and burn evenly. They are not the greatest cigar on the face of the earth, yet are satisfactory. You don't feel like you've been ripped off while smoking them.

Rating60%Gran Habano #1 Connecticut ChurchillA Moderate ChurchillI've been buying cigars for a long time and these iconic, bright green boxes by Gran Habano have always caught my eye. This time I tried the Churchills.
The strength of this cigar is in its looks. That's not to say it's not tasty, but the box, rings and wrappers all come together to make a very inviting package. The wrapper leaf is a little veiny, but no real soft spots. I'd say they smoke a little on the quick side for a Churchill.
Flavor left a little to be desired with most of the notes coming across as somewhat bitter, but it is a lighter smoke, woody and almost fruity at times. The first two thirds are the best as this stick finishes quickly. This is not a cigar that I was able to take down to the hilt very often, due to hot spice on the final puffs. A decent cigar, but probably not one that I will be restocking any time soon.By Sluiceyourgob
