El Balsero Torpedo
It's just ok
Flavor is ok... I've had better and I've had worse. I got it as a gift and I have to say it's hard to smoke. Maybe it's just this one but you have to really take a pull of it to smoke it

I’m a newbie to premium hand-rolled cigars, but I’ve been getting schooled by my brother. As such, that’s the only reason for not giving it 5 stars. I found this cigar to be pleasurable... nice earthy notes, even burn, good ash hood & color. I got it as part of a sampler... which is good for me because it’s giving me a chance develop my premium cigar palette. I would definitely buy it again as part of a sampler.

El Balsero Cazador
Mild cigar, very smooth, easy draw pairs well with a strong scotch.
So I received this in a sampler and didn’t go to it right away. Got other cigars that had some spice or hearty flavors in the bundle. Tried this El Balsero today and was pleasantly surprised! It is mild but the flavors do come out. Nutty, with hint of floral on the exhale. The flavors really come out halfway through the cigar. A really mild cigar that I would have around for friends and family who don’t necessarily smoke all the time but would enjoy. Last third nutty goes away and gives into almost a licorice with leather note. Definitely going to order a box to have for guests.

I got one in a sampler, it was great! So I ordered a bundle. They were lousy. Loosely rolled, uneven burn, taste totally different than the sample. In otherwords they SUCKED.

All round great.
A good everyday smoke that is definitely worth the price.
