Rafael Nodal has partnered once again with A J Fernandez to present a refined blend that follows in the footsteps of their earlier cigar, which claimed the top award in twenty nineteen.
The blend showcases expertly sourced tobacco from Nicaragua. At its heart is filler made from leaves collected almost twelve years ago at the Los Espejos farm, a property under Fernandez’s care. The cigar is finished with a distinctive Criollo ninety eight wrapper grown at the La Lilia farm in EstelĂ.
Nodal shared that tobacco from these farms often grows with greater thickness, requiring additional time to ferment and mature. This extended process contributes to a flavor that is both more generous and more complex.
