Created for Rocky Patel's international portfolio, Rocky Patel Grand Reserve is a Honduran-made line built around a blend the company has kept largely undisclosed. That limited transparency has become part of the line's identity, but its overall profile is better known: a medium-bodied presentation with a polished, approachable character rather than the heavier, fuller style found in many other Rocky Patel releases.
The collection has earned attention for balancing refinement and accessibility, giving Grand Reserve a distinct role within the broader Rocky Patel range. Its reputation was strengthened when the Grand Reserve Toro received a 93 rating and the No. 1 spot in Cigar Journal's Top 25 Cigars of 2018, a recognition that helped establish the line as one of the brand's more notable internationally focused offerings. ...Read More
I got the chance to try this wonderful blend from Rocky Patel while on a camping trip and thoroughly enjoyed it, very flavorful wish I had bought more of these for the trip.

Great cigar with friends
I bought my first order of this cigar for a boys golf trip and it didn't disappoint. The group I shared this cigar with during the trip were really impressed with the smoothness of this cigar. I liked it so much, I ordered them again when I got back from the trip.

Good Smoke
Good overall smoke. Nice aroma. Decent burn. Seemed to me to be more on the full side halfway down until the end.

These are a rare find when you travel. The non US market is dominated by Cubans ....real and counterfeit. Always nice to see a familiar name went away from home. Rocky never disappoints.

Save the best for abroad
Friend of mine bought me back one of these after his summer vacation. It's true just like with the Cubans they sent all the best stuff to europe. By far greatest Rocky I've ever tried.

Got lucky last summer when I was in the Cayman islands. In the midst of an army of habanos I found these Grand reserves. Believe it or not they stocked up nicely alongside the Monte 2s I picked up

Up North
Tried one of these in Canada last year. Just as good as any Cuban you can get up there and at a function of the cost.

Good Showing
Perfect size for Rocky to start his world domination with. A good fit for the international market and a cigar that can be enjoyed by all giving its medium strength and inviting creamy earthy aroma.

Well Rounded
A nice well-rounded cigar with touches of cinnamon and cedar on the finish. Would have been nice if the power would have been amped a bit more to compete with habanos out there on the international market.
