Oliva Master Blends 3 is a focused small-batch series built around Nicaraguan ligero and a sun grown Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, a combination that gives the line a darker, fuller profile than many other Oliva offerings. Introduced as the third release in the Master Blends family, it was developed to highlight richer, more concentrated tobacco character while remaining balanced and composed rather than simply forceful.
Made in Nicaragua, the blend pairs a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers with that Broadleaf wrapper to produce a smoke typically marked by earth, spice, coffee, cocoa, and a natural sweetness beneath the strength. The line is generally regarded as medium-full to full-bodied, with a dense texture and a more assertive finish that appeals to smokers who gravitate toward deeper maduro-style richness without losing definition.
Its reputation has been supported by critical notice as well. The Oliva Master Blends 3 Liga Maestra Torpedo received 91 points from Cigar Aficionado in 2007, while the line also earned a 92 rating from Cigar Snob for its continued combination of power, construction, and layered flavor. That recognition helped establish the collection as one of the more distinctive expressions in the broader Oliva portfolio. ...Read More
I have a love hate relationship with this cigar. This stick is so good I wanna smoke multiple everyday if I did that I would go broke. It’s so full of flavor I just can’t get enough. This blend is definitely a win

Amazing!
I smoked the Double Robusto 5x54 last weekend, my first one of the assortment. I have to say it was one of the best cigars I have ever smoked, if not THE best. I will update my review as I get through the remaining three. More to come.

Oliva Master Blends 3 Churchill
Great blend for a churchill
I loved the robusto so I had to go all out for a longer smoke with the churchill and I still wish it wasn't over after an hour and a half. Blends like this make me wish I could afford to smoke half a box a day.

Oliva Master Blends 3 Robusto
Amazing cigar!!! Rated 92 for a reason.
Enjoyed an Oliva master Blends lll with coffee this morning, what a way to start the day.
I've been on an Oliva kick lately. This is a very well-made cigar with a slightly oily wrapper. Smooth draw and even burn all through the cigar with clouds of smoke. It starts out on the peppery side, but it's not overpowering. The pepper fades soon in the first 1/3rd and reveals a creamier side. Notes of coffee start coming alive as well as a bold tobacco flavor that grows in intensity throughout the 2/3rd. The finish is strong and robust with the spice returning, and all the flavors combine together into a terrific flavor profile that gets stronger with each puff. This could be backup to my go-to Oliva Serie O when I want something with a little more punch. It's definitely worth trying if you haven't had one yet. Smoked until my fingers were burning because I wanted to enjoy it as long as I could. Pick some up today!!!

Oliva Master Blends 3 Robusto
Tart and intense
I will say this - Oliva has much more interesting cigars. It seemed to me too hard and too saturated. I didn't understand this cigar. The smoke is good and pleasant. But 4 stars out of respect for Oliva.
