Mild to medium bodied, the Connecticut gets its name from the Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper that holds the Dominican T-112, Piloto Cubano, and Criollo tobaccos. The blend of tobaccos produces a sweet and creamy smoke, with notes of Cedar and Citrus, that has a hint of pepper on the back of the palette.
More than 3 generations in the making, La Galera Connecticut is a welcome addition to the world of Mild-Medium Premium Cigars.

It was stronger than I expected being a Connecticut. The flavor is really good. It’s a great cigar to go with coffee.

Perfect Newbie Stick

This a very nice mild, smooth stick. Excellent construction. Burn, draw and ash were perfect. Not a ton of flavor and what there is doesn't last long. This a great first stick for a newbie. Not overwhelming but enough taste to wet a new smokers whistle.

The Galera Connecticut has been one of my favorites for quite some time now. Ever since the tubos were introduced those are the only ones I buy. Elegant packaging to match an elegant cigar and for some reason the tube format always has a little bit extra depth in flavor.

Mild Petit Corona

Was pleasantly surprised when trying this one out for the first time. Construction is exceptional and burn was perfect. Had some notes of Carmel and a little bit of pepper on the retro. Great cigar when you only have about a half an hour and you don't want anything too heavy.

Long Lasting and Lite

Such time well spent is this gallera which normally takes me about an hour and a half to 2 hours to finish. Keep in mind that this is while enjoying it alongside a nice bottle of port. The sweet savory aromas of the cigar balance perfectly with the depth of the port.

Stout and Smooth

Perfect heavy ring gauge for those of us who don't want heavy power matching the size. Even though it's a shorty smoking time still ran me about 45 minutes. No better aftertaste no burn issues just subtle floral and citrus notes from beginning to end.
