EP Carrillo Encore Cigars
EP CARRILLO ENCORE
EP CARRILLO ENCORE
Rather than aiming for sheer power, Encore is known for a composed, medium-to-full profile built around cedar, earth, pepper, nuts, and a measured natural sweetness. Part of its identity comes from tobaccos aged in tercios, a traditional method that helped shape the line’s rounded texture and balance. That combination of Nicaraguan depth and restrained presentation gave the series a clear place within the EP Carrillo portfolio.
The line’s reputation was cemented when the Encore Majestic received a 96 rating and was named Cigar Aficionado’s No. 1 Cigar of 2018. That recognition attached to a specific vitola, but it also underscored the broader significance of Encore as one of the defining releases of Ernesto Perez-Carrillo’s later career.

Rating100%EP Carrillo Triumph TrilogyEP Carrillo Triumph TrilogyCigars came fast & well humidified. I have only been able to enjoy The Pledge, Encore due to this Northeast weather but it was delicious! I'm only about a year into being a cigar guy but I've realized that I like the heavier more complex tastes. Mike's has been my go to through my cigar journey! I love these guys!

Rating100%EP Carrillo TrilogyTwo Number Ones and One Number TwoWhere else can you get 2 Number Ones and One Number two rated cigars by Cigar Aficionado, including the highest rated cigar ever for the price of $35. Only at Mikes, This is a steal of a deal. My favorite of the bunch is the Pledge Prequel. Its dark, oily, maduro wrapper almost looks to go to smoke. I watched mine for 6 months in my humidor before I gave it a puff. I don't have the most distinguished palate but I could definitely taste black cherry and the blast of pepper (my favorite). These cigars should be in everyone's humidor.
