Davidoff Yamasa was developed around tobacco grown in the Yamasá valley of the Dominican Republic, a region Davidoff worked for years to cultivate successfully for premium cigar production. The line uses a Dominican Yamasá wrapper over a Dominican binder and filler tobaccos from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, giving the collection a darker, earthier profile than many of the brand’s better-known white-label offerings.

Across the line, that blend is known for a fuller expression built on spice, wood, coffee, nuts, and a measured natural sweetness rather than the creamier character often associated with classic Davidoff cigars. Oh boy! I must say. I've tried a few different lines from Davidoff & was not super impressed. In comes YAMASA! Unbelievably good cigar. The taste profile was consistent from your to tip. Construction was flawless, great smoke production and so damn tasty! My new favorite!!
Mikes was fast & fresh as usual. And as usual, the process was excellent! Thanks again.

Powerful Smoke

Excellent Davidoff quality, perfectly rolled ... very dense but the draw is perfect. I like the "torpedo" shape which is easy and enjoyable to smoke. The tobacco blend is powerful and the wrapper dark ... a great combo. If you want a satisfying larger-ring cigar, look no further.

This is a treat yourself cigar for the ligero lovers. Not something I can afford on a regular but at least once or twice a year i pick up a box. One of my all time favorites from Davidoff. Not much you can compare this to..mita in a league of its own.

One of my favorites!

Davidoff Yamasa is definitely a prime art made by the Davidoff’s Master Blenders. It has a incredible aroma of coffee and spice with an earthy tone, specially the Toro shape which gives you a good flow and a creamy smoke. Take one and have fun!
