Introduced in 2014, Cohiba Nicaragua marked the first time the Cohiba brand released a cigar built around a Nicaraguan core blend. Made at STG Estelí, the line combines a Honduran Colorado Oscuro wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos from Jalapa and Estelí, giving the collection a profile that is richer and more assertive than the brand’s more traditional Dominican-made offerings.

Across the line, that blend is known for balancing pepper, earth, and roasted spice with a creamy texture rather than pushing strength alone. The result is a fuller-bodied Cohiba expression with a darker, more concentrated character, shaped by Nicaraguan tobacco but blended to keep the profile layered and polished.

As always Cohiba brings the flavor no matter how big they roll 'em, great little quick smoke that tastes just like it's big brother, I always keep a few tins of different blend Cohibas on hand for when I don't have time for a larger stick.
