CAO Brazilia is a full-bodied collection built around a dark Brazilian wrapper and a core of Nicaraguan tobaccos, a combination that gave the line a distinct identity within the CAO portfolio when it was introduced in the early 2000s. Made in Honduras, the series helped establish CAO as a brand willing to push beyond more familiar wrapper choices and lean into a richer, more forceful style.
Across the line, the blend is known for earthy, peppery character supported by notes often described as nutty, woody, and slightly sweet. That profile, together with its box-pressed presentation on many formats, gave CAO Brazilia a clear place among smokers looking for a bolder interpretation of the brand’s blending style rather than a mild or restrained smoke.
The line also earned meaningful critical attention over the years, including a 90-point rating from Cigar Insider for the Brazilia Gol. That recognition helped confirm CAO Brazilia as more than a novelty built around Brazilian leaf; it remains one of the brand’s most recognizable fuller-bodied series and an important part of CAO’s modern identity. ...Read More

The Brazilia is my go to for this brand, I always have them on hand, a good mid range punch daily smoker, if I’m feeling like a little more punch I go with the Flat Head.

CAO Brazilia Corcovado
A Little Something for Everyone
Another CAO Brazilia...another beautiful dark chocolate wrapper. Slightly oily and with little to no tooth. This short robusto style has rapidly become my favorite kind of smokes over the past year and CAO have done a wonderful job with their nubby Brazilia offering. Firmness is great...almost a 5/5. Just the right amount of 'chewiness' for me.
Dark chocolate, rich espresso and sweet leather...this cigar encapsulates all of my favorite things. But there are definitely more fresh grassy notes in the Corcovado than I've found in the rest of the Brazilia line. Draw is a little more on the firm side here, and this cigar produces a firm salt and pepper ash. My impression is that this stick smokes a little milder than some of the other sizes, which probably burn hotter. I haven't had any burn problems so far, it takes its time burning pretty evenly. You might not think so to look at it, but the flavors are presenting as very naturally sweet here...a touch of pecan pie as the palate changes, and I'm also reminded of breakfast cereal.
All of the Brazilias have remained consistent stalwarts of the CAO brand of cigars. I should know, I've been smoking them for the better part of two decades. Measured in terms of quality, consistency and price, Brazilia are among the best I've ever had, so it's really just a matter of picking your favorite shape and lighting up. What makes this cigar unique is that I think it can appeal to the entire gamut of smokers...from the newbie looking to celebrate a special occasion, to the five-a-day experienced smoker. This stogie has something for everyone.

CAO Brazilia Amazon
Chewy, smooth, oily cocoa
I'm working my way through the entire Brazilia line of smokes, which can only be described as my favorite line of cigars. For years I have enjoyed boxes of the "Samba", but lately I find myself dipping into every other shape and size this magnificent label has to offer. My latest journey: The Amazon.
A hefty smoke...the 6x60 gordo is where everything this cigar has to offer is magnified in richness, complexity and smoothness. It's no secret that these big gauges burn smoother and the Amazon is no exception. First, a dark and oily wrapper makes this stick beautiful to behold. All the flavors are there, only richer and more sophisticated. There's the soft leather and chewy brownie, along with bitter cocoa and dusty pecan notes. The draw is perfect and never becomes overly spicy. No canoes or fussy re-lightings...this stick is perfection up to the hilt.
When you consider the consistent quality of CAO Brazilia and then look at the price, the evidence is clear: a stalwart smoke that is impeachable. Pick your favorite size and make room in your humidor. I certainly have..

CAO Brazilia Gol!
Real Success
It burns evenly and forms a very white ash; it starts strong and peppery mellowing to a woody smoke with some wine notes!
The CAO Brazilia Gol! is a flavor and smoke monster. A friend gave me one of these to smoke during our annual golf tournament. Wow, what a stick. I couldn't get enough of this one, but alas he only had the one. Anyway, I love the flavor of that dark and oily maduro wrapper, along with the excellent construction and burn, this baby was well worth it.

EXCELENTE

MARAVILLOSO!!

Nice, slow, even burn!
This is a cigar that will take awhile to get through. The burn was perfect. It was even, consistent, and slow. The aroma was pleasant and strong. The flavors were a sweet nuttiness with ever so slight spice at times. Overall a good smoke.

Surprisingly Mellow Smoke for A Darker Cigar
I typically stay away from the darker, stronger smokes...however, the CAO Brazilia was surprisingly mellow without losing one bit of the strong taste, I would definitely smoke this again
